Youth Empowerment Mentors of Los Angeles is a nonprofit organization based in Compton, California, dedicated to guiding, supporting, and uplifting young people in our community. We focus on at-risk youth in Los Angeles, helping them build the skills, confidence, and connections they need to thrive.

Our mission is to empower youth through consistent mentorship, positive role models, and hands-on learning experiences that foster personal growth and leadership. We offer programs centered on mentorship, leadership development, academic support, and real-life skills training, equipping young people to set meaningful goals and achieve them.

We believe that every young person deserves encouragement, guidance, and opportunities to succeed—regardless of their background. By walking alongside them, we help youth discover their purpose, strengthen their resilience, and create brighter futures for themselves and their communities.
